Some things take a little longer to find their way into the world.
Powers Dance Project has been an idea, a conversation, a collection of thoughts scribbled between classes, and a dream I’ve revisited more times than I can count.
And now, here we are.
A place to talk about the things we love about dance, the things we question, the things we’re still learning, and occasionally, the things that deserve a little side-eye.
To the dancers, parents, educators, mentors, and everyone who has encouraged this little dream along the way: thank you for your patience, your enthusiasm, and for sticking around while I figured out how to bring it all together. I’m so glad you’re here to see where it goes.
And with that, I think we’ve kept everyone waiting quite long enough.
